2023-2024 School Year Registration

Returning member registration dates - June 15-30, 2023

New Member Application dates - August 1-15, 2023

The number of memberships may be limited. Returning members will have priority and we will assess how many new members we are able to accommodate at that time.

New member instructions:

Step 1: Apply for membership during new member application period.
Step 2: Applicants will be notified of the outcome by August 25, 2023. Successful applicants may proceed to Step 3 to activate their membership.
Step 3: Successful applicants will receive an invoice for membership fees to be paid by August 31, 2023. Membership will be fully activated upon payment of dues.

Membership Fee – $40 per school year, per family. (This includes a $30 annual membership fee, and a one-time $10 new applicant processing fee.)

Memberships are for a typical school year, September to August, regardless of when memberships are purchased. Memberships are intended for families.

Please note that you must meet the following to register for membership:

You are a resident of the province of New Brunswick.
You believe and affirm our Statement of Faith.
You are actively homeschooling at least one child.
Your oldest child will be at least 4 years old by December 31, 2023. Please note that many events are only available for children who are at least 5 years old.

Member-only contact list
Member-only emails regarding meetings, field trips, co-op classes, and other home school opportunities.
Inclusion in field trips, events, and classes organized or offered by FHE members.
Access to our affordable copies of the Canadian Achievement Tests (3rd Edition)
Access to our private homeschool library at our Teachers’ Lounge meetings.
Access to our member only Facebook group.
